Returns

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for a refund.

  • Digital products or services (if applicable) are non-refundable once delivered.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
