Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for a refund.
Digital products or services (if applicable) are non-refundable once delivered.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
